Resolution on Developing High-Quality Human Resources Approved in Khanh Hoa
A new resolution expected to accelerate technology and digital transformation initiatives throughout the province has been approved by authorities.
Resolution No. 29/2026/NQ-HĐND, aiming to increase the skilled workforce in the fields of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation in Khanh Hoa province, was officially approved by the delegates at the Extraordinary Session of the Provincial People's Council.
Details of the Resolution Approved at the Extraordinary Session
A significant step was taken during the 4th Extraordinary Session of the 8th Provincial People's Council, held to implement the strategic decisions of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.
Delegates attending the meeting voted to adopt Resolution No. 29/2026/NQ-HĐND, which will enhance the capacity of high-quality human resources in the region.
Priority Fields of Science Identified
Priority areas to be supported within the scope of the new resolution include marine science and technology, as well as information technology.
Additionally, advanced technologies required for microchips, semiconductor technology, energy technology, nuclear physics, and tourism services are also evaluated under this scope.
Scope of Employment and Forms of Work
Policies to attract and develop high-quality human resources are implemented through direct employment as public servants or public employees.
In addition, fixed-term employment contracts or special contracts for specific tasks and tangible products are among the forms of employment.
Financial Obligations and Repayment Rules
Personnel benefiting from the support are required to fully fulfill their obligations during the committed employment period.
In cases such as unilateral termination of the contract or unauthorized departure, twice the amount of the support funds must be repaid within 90 days.
