Holding of the Meeting
The meeting, held at the National Assembly building, was chaired by Phan Van Mai, Member of the Party Central Committee and Chairman of the Economy and Finance Committee. Representatives from various ministries, agencies, and sectors participated in the session.
Examined Draft Laws
During this plenary session, the Committee reviewed important amendments and draft articles such as the Land Law, the Law on Real Estate Business, the Law on Asset Auction, and the Bidding Law.
Consistency Among Laws
Committee Chairman Phan Van Mai emphasized that the drafts of the Land Law and the Law on Real Estate Business need to be examined more comprehensively to ensure full alignment with the provisions of the Housing Law.
Land Pricing Policy
During the review process of the draft Land Law, delegates recommended that the potential impacts of the new land pricing policy on the state budget be quantitatively clarified.
