Timing of Customs Duties and Regulations

It was announced that customs duty regulations regarding trade in goods will start to be applied as of January 1, 2027.

The regulations made will contribute to the continuation of trade between the two countries under more predictable rules under current conditions.

Comprehensive Sectoral and Commercial Regulations

Prepared by taking into account the sensitive sectors of the parties, the agreement covers many different areas in addition to trade in goods.

The text includes important regulations regarding services, investments, e-commerce, trade facilitation, and customs cooperation.

Transportation and Competitive Advantage

Regulations aimed at carrying out bilateral and transit transportations between Turkey and Ukraine without quotas will support commercial flows.

By offering preferential trade opportunities to businesses during Ukraine's EU integration process, an advantage will be provided against third-country suppliers.
