The 1st Regional Directorate of the General Directorate of Highways under the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure is preparing to offer three separate properties located in Istanbul's Üsküdar, Tuzla, and Ümraniye districts for sale through a closed bid auction method.

Details of the Property in Üsküdar
The estimated price for the 209.48-square-meter property located in Altunizade Neighborhood of Istanbul's Üsküdar district was determined as 75 million 412 thousand 800 liras.
The provisional guarantee amount envisaged for the sale tender of the property in question was announced at the level of 2 million 262 thousand 384 liras.
Information on the Property in Tuzla
An estimated price of 21 million 438 thousand 700 liras was determined for the 3,235.73-square-meter property located within the borders of Merkez Neighborhood in Tuzla district.
The provisional guarantee amount for those wishing to participate in the sale of this real estate was decided as 643 thousand 161 liras.
Information on the Property in Ümraniye
The estimated sale price of the 685.42-square-meter property in Çakmak Neighborhood of Ümraniye district was 9 million 762 thousand 240 liras.
The provisional guarantee amount determined for the property in Ümraniye was recorded as 292 thousand 867.20 liras.

The tenders for the sale of the three properties in question will be held on Wednesday, September 30, at the Highways 1st Regional Directorate Tender Hall.
