The gold kiosk system, which allows users to purchase physical gold in Turkey without the need to go to a jeweler, has been launched. With this system, whose first application was initiated in Kocaeli, citizens can create orders by selecting products and grammage via the kiosk screen.
Ordering Process via Kiosk
A new gold kiosk application has been put into use, eliminating the necessity of visiting jewelers in Turkey. Thanks to this system, first implemented in Kocaeli, citizens can directly create orders by selecting the product and grammage they desire via kiosk screens.
Insured Cargo and Security
The ordered physical gold is securely sent to the addresses specified by the buyers via insured cargo with the Istanbul Chamber of Jewelers security label. This way, users are not forced to carry precious metals with them.
Alternative for Weddings and Organizations
The application aims to offer a practical and alternative option for gold shopping, especially before organizations such as weddings and ceremonies. Instead of buying physical gold in advance and carrying it around, users can easily place orders via the kiosk.
Future Goals and Positioning
Ecem Karaman, who developed the system, explained the working principle of the application and stated that they have eliminated the difficulty of carrying it in daily life. In the future, the system will be expanded to locations such as wedding halls, hotels, and airports.
