Growth forecasts for the German economy announced: Call for reforms
German economic institutes have updated their GDP growth forecasts to 1.3 percent for this year and 1.1 percent for 2027, while announcing the expectation for 2028 as 0.4 percent.

According to the joint report prepared at the request of the German Ministry of Economy, the country's gross domestic product (GDP) is projected to increase by 1.3 percent by the end of this year and by 1.1 percent by the end of 2027.
