Half Is From Us Campaign Extended Until December 31, 2027
The duration of the support campaign carried out to accelerate urban transformation has been extended, and new target housing numbers have been announced.
Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced that the 'Half Is From Us' campaign, implemented to accelerate urban transformation in Istanbul, has been extended for another year and will continue until December 31, 2027.
Campaign Duration Extended
In a post on his social media account, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced that, in line with the demands of citizens, the duration of the 'Half Is From Us' campaign has been extended for another year and the new end date has been set as December 31, 2027.
Transformation Data in Istanbul
Within the scope of the campaign, 435,683 independent sections across Istanbul have been included in the transformation scope to date, while the transformation process of 108,881 independent sections among these residences has been successfully completed.
End-of-Year Targets
According to the data shared by the Ministry, as a result of the ongoing efforts, it is targeted to include more than 500,000 houses within the scope of the campaign by the end of this year.
Financial Support Details
Within the framework of the campaign enacted by the Presidential Decree, a total of 1 million 875 thousand TL is provided as support to citizens who want to rebuild their homes; this amount is given as 875 thousand TL in grants, 875 thousand TL in loans, and 125 thousand TL in evacuation support.
