High Interest in TOKİ Discount Campaign
As applications continue for the 25 percent discount campaign affecting approximately 228,000 beneficiaries, individuals wishing to pay off their debts are heading to banks.
The 25 percent discount campaign launched by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change's TOKİ for housing and workplace buyers who want to pay their debts in advance and receive their title deeds is seeing high demand.
Scope and Details of the Campaign
Closely concerning approximately 228,000 beneficiaries who want to pay off their debt in advance and immediately receive their title deed, the campaign has been met with great interest since day one.
While buyers who close out their entire remaining debt balance earn a net 25 percent discount, those who cannot close the entire balance can also benefit from this opportunity with a payment of at least 25 percent.
Application Conditions and Date
Housing and workplace buyers wishing to benefit from the campaign must apply to the relevant bank and complete their transactions by October 19.
Exceptions and Conditions
It is required that repayment installments started no later than the end of June 2025, and that current installments as of the application date have been paid.
Buyers with retrospective installment and property tax debts, as well as those with 12 months or fewer remaining installments, cannot benefit from the campaign.
