In line with the Capital Markets Board's decision dated September 17, 2026, trading activities have been halted in five investment funds founded by Tera Portföy, and a liquidation process has been envisaged for these funds.

Purchases and Sales Halted by CMB Decision

As a result of the Capital Markets Board's decision dated September 17, 2026, new regulations covering certain portfolio management companies in the sector have been implemented.

Within the scope of this decision, trading activities of certain investment funds founded by Tera Portföy and traded on the TEFAS platform were temporarily suspended.

Funds Envisaged for Liquidation Process

Operations were halted for Tera Portföy Fourth Equity Free Fund, Tera Portföy Third Free Fund, and Tera Portföy First Free Fund, which were affected by the regulation.

Additionally, Tera Portföy Money Market Fund and Tera Portföy Money Market Participation Fund were included in the liquidation process within the framework of the principles to be determined by the Board.

Official Statement from the Company

In the statement made by Tera Portföy, it was expressed that the decision in question was taken for developments in the Borsa İstanbul market and for the protection of investors.

It was emphasized that the process is being handled meticulously through coordinated efforts carried out before the Capital Markets Board and will be advanced in compliance with legislation.

Protection of Investor Rights

The company announced that the relevant process will be managed by observing investor rights in line with fund disclosure documents and the method to be designated by the CMB.

It was disclosed that other Tera Portföy funds remaining outside the scope of the said Board decision are not directly affected by this decision.
