Manisa Celal Bayar University announced that it will recruit a total of 142 contracted personnel to serve in various positions within the scope of Law No. 657. While the highest quota is allocated to the nurse position, the recruitments will be carried out based on KPSS score ranking.

Staff Distribution and Positions

Personnel will be employed within Manisa Celal Bayar University in the positions of nurse, audiologist, physiotherapist, health technician, technician, office personnel, support personnel, and protection and security officer.

A total of 142 contracted personnel will start duty in the recruitments to be carried out within the scope of Article 4/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657.

Highest Quota in Nurse Cadre

Among the cadres included in the recruitment, the hiring of 73 nurses has the highest quota.

In the detailed staff distribution, nurses with 73, support personnel with 22, and protection and security officers with 17 quotas stand out.

Application Requirements and KPSS Score

Candidates applying must have taken the 2024 KPSS and scored at least 60 points.

KPSS P3 for undergraduate graduates, KPSS P93 for associate degree graduates, and KPSS P94 for secondary education graduates will be taken as the basis.

Age Limit and Preference Rules

While there is no age requirement for the TK-2 and TK-3 positions under the Computer Technician title, candidates applying for other titles must not have turned 36 years of age as of the application deadline.

Candidates will be able to apply for only one qualification code.

Application Dates and Method

Applications will start on September 3, 2026, at 09:00 and will end on September 17, 2026, at 13:00.

Candidates will submit their applications via e-Government through the Career Gate Public Recruitment platform.

Document Submission Process

Candidates are required to personally submit the Candidate Application Information document, which they will download from the "My Applications" page on Career Gate, to the University's Personnel Department no later than September 23, 2026, at 17:00.

Evaluation and Results

No written or oral exam will be held during the recruitment, and primary and substitute candidates will be determined directly according to the KPSS score ranking.

The results will be announced on the University's official website and via Career Gate within 15 working days at the latest starting from September 23, 2026.
