MASAK Fund Investigation Report and Measures Submitted to Prosecutor's Office
Reports prepared by MASAK as a result of examinations in the capital market have been submitted to the prosecutor's office, while decisions were made to halt transactions worth billions of liras and luxury vehicles were seized.
The Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK) affiliated with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance sent reports regarding certain company executives to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office within the scope of examinations in the capital market. As a result of the ongoing work, attempted transactions amounting to billions of liras were halted and precautionary measures were applied to assets.
Executives Placed Under Investigation
Analysis reports prepared regarding the executives of Pusula Finans, Tera Yatırım, Hedef Holding, and Bulls Yatırım were forwarded to the Istanbul Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı.
While the financial movements of the individuals in question are being examined in detail, fund inflows and outflows are also kept under control.
Billion-Lira Transaction Attempts Halted
Suspicious money movements are closely monitored thanks to tightened monitoring and control mechanisms applied before financial institutions.
As a result of the work carried out, transaction attempts amounting to nearly 2.5 billion liras were blocked as of September 21, 2026.
Accounts Seized and Frozen
While cash amounts in fund accounts were frozen, seizure measures were also applied to high amounts intended to be transferred.
The total amount frozen and seized as a result of the operations reached approximately 750 million Turkish Liras.
Precautionary Measures Applied to Luxury Vehicles
Within the framework of the investigation, seizure decisions were issued for numerous luxury vehicles belonging to suspicious individuals.
Luxury vehicles determined to have been transferred at low prices were placed under protection by applying precautionary measures.
