New EİDS Model for Real Estate Listings from the Ministry of Trade
The Ministry of Trade is expanding the Electronic Listing Verification System to prevent fake listings and speculative prices in the real estate sector.
The Ministry of Trade is preparing to expand the scope of the Electronic Listing Verification System in order to prevent fake and unauthorized listings in the real estate market. With the planned new model, listings and authorization contracts will be automatically linked to each other.
Electronic Listing Verification System is Expanding
The Ministry of Trade is working on a new model to expand the scope of the Electronic Listing Verification System, which is implemented to prevent fake and unauthorized shares in real estate listings.
Automatic Link Between Contract and Listing
With the planned regulation, it is aimed to connect the authorization contract to the electronic system and automatically remove the relevant listing from publication in case the contract is canceled.
In addition to the listing publication permission given by the property owner to the real estate business via e-Government, it is planned to integrate the contract into the system.
Solution for Unregistered Real Estate Brokerage and Price Increases
The new model aims to contribute to preventing speculative price increases and unregistered real estate brokerage, as well as fake listings.
Within the scope of the study, a new verification mechanism is also being prepared for the exceptional listing method used for properties belonging to foreign owners.
Secure Payment Infrastructure and Reduction of Risks
When the system is put into operation, it is envisaged to use a secure payment infrastructure that ensures the simultaneous change of ownership and money.
The main purpose of the model is to reduce the risks of fraud, theft, payment disputes, and informality in high-amount real estate transactions.
