Numerous Students Receive Warnings and Suspensions at the National Economics University
The university administration announced new disciplinary decisions targeting students due to low academic performance and absenteeism.
In the September 2026 term, the National Economics University implemented new administrative and disciplinary measures targeting hundreds of students who failed to meet academic requirements and committed absenteeism.
Students Receiving Academic Warnings
In an official announcement published by the National Economics University, it was stated that academic warnings were issued to 139 students whose academic performance was low and who failed to keep up with the courses.
It was noted that these decisions, made following evaluations, were implemented to closely monitor the success status of students in their educational processes.
Students Expelled from School
According to the disclosed data, 30 full-time undergraduate students who deregistered without a valid reason and 13 students who received more warnings than the maximum permitted number were expelled from the school.
Thus, a total of 43 full-time undergraduate students had their enrollment terminated due to unexcused absenteeism or receiving excessive warnings.
Previous Term Disciplinary Decisions
It is known that similar disciplinary decisions were previously taken at the university, and registration cancellation procedures were carried out by issuing warnings to hundreds of students, particularly in the January 2026 term.
