Otokar Signs $1.47 Billion Armored Vehicle Export Agreement
Turkish defense industry company Otokar has signed a multi-billion-dollar armored vehicle sales and delivery contract with an international customer.
Otokar, one of Turkey's leading land vehicle manufacturers, announced that it has signed a major armored vehicle export contract totaling $1.47 billion with an overseas customer.
Disclosure Made to the Public Disclosure Platform
In an official statement made by Otokar to the Public Disclosure Platform, the details of the new export agreement were announced to the public and the financial size of the contract was clarified.
Delivery Schedule Determined
Within the scope of the agreement, the delivery processes of the vehicles to be produced are planned to begin in 2027 and be completed in batches over the following three years.
Logistical Support Process
The giant contract signed covers not only vehicle sales but also post-delivery logistical support services, remaining in effect for seven years.
