Yalçıntaş stated that they are conducting strategic partnership negotiations with one of the world's largest energy giants in the energy sector.

He expressed that they expect these negotiations to be officially finalized by the end of this year or early next year.

OYAK operates in a wide range of sectors, from cement to automotive, logistics to energy, chemicals and agriculture to financial services and food.

Operations continue uninterrupted with 189 companies across a total of 30 countries, including Turkey.

Mining and Automotive Sector Data

In the mining and metallurgy sector, liquid steel production reached 4 million 668 thousand tons in the first half of the year.

In the automotive sector, MAİS achieved 100 thousand 256 sales in the first 8 months of the year, reaching a 13.9 percent market share.

Latest Developments in the Energy Sector

With the acquisition of the remaining shares of İSKEN and Arkad Maritime Transport, full ownership of both companies was attained.

The number of TotalEnergies and Milangaz stations reached 1,055, and Güzel Enerji generated 112.3 billion liras in revenue in the first half.

Tekfen Holding Investment and Strategic Moves

The 42.8 percent stake in Tekfen Holding was transferred to ON Investment B.V.

This investment was evaluated as a strategic step that complements the existing industrial ecosystem and supports the 2030 Vision.

Strong Financial Growth and Initial Public Offering Plan

Group revenue rose to 418 billion liras in the first half of the year, while consolidated net profit increased by 66 percent to 83 billion liras.

While total assets reached 1 trillion 847 billion liras, it was announced that more OYAK companies will go public in the future.
