President Erdoğan Makes Statements on Fund Investigation and Hospital in Şanlıurfa

Speaking at the opening ceremony of Şanlıurfa City Hospital, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan touched upon the fund investigation, stating that individuals who obtained unfair gains will be held accountable before justice, and noted that necessary steps are being taken to prevent any harm to the country's economy.

Şanlıurfa City Hospital Opened

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan officially inaugurated the Şanlıurfa City Hospital. He stated that the city was provided with this investment through the city hospitals project in the healthcare field.

During the ceremony, he shared that the newly opened hospital features an area reaching 500 square meters, a bed capacity of 2,000, 6 operating rooms, and a parking lot with a capacity of 3,600 vehicles.

Fund Investigation and Unfair Gains

Stating that the relevant boards have convened regarding the fund investigation and a roadmap has been determined, Erdoğan emphasized that the top priority is to prevent any harm to Turkey's economy.

Stating that everyone who has obtained unfair gains will be held accountable before justice, Erdoğan noted that joint steps are being taken with the State Supervisory Council, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.

Economic Security and Determination

Stating that the Turkish economy has the capacity to overcome this problem, the President expressed that the necessary struggle against initiatives targeting economic security will be continued with determination.

He voiced that whether in municipalities or capital markets, those who reach out for the property of the nation will not get away with their actions and that the necessary procedures will continue to be carried out.

Terror-Free Turkey and Regional Developments

Touching upon the terror-free Turkey process in his speech, Erdoğan stated that laments have not been rising from homes for the past two years and a different wind has begun to blow beyond the borders.

Addressing the developments in Syria and the security environment in Iraq, the President added that peace will replace terror and that Turks, Kurds, and Arabs will embrace one another.
