Sectoral Confidence Indices Announced for September
According to September data shared by the Turkish Statistical Institute, sectoral confidence indices followed mixed trends.
The Turkish Statistical Institute has released the confidence indices for the service, retail trade, and construction sectors for September. According to the announced data, confidence levels experienced varying changes across sectors.
No Change in the Service Sector
The seasonally adjusted confidence index in the service sector remained at the same level in September compared to the previous month.
As a result of this measurement, the service sector confidence index came in at 111.9 in September.
Increase in the Retail Trade Sector
A positive movement and increase were recorded in the retail trade sector confidence index in September.
According to seasonally adjusted data, the confidence index in the retail trade sector rose by 1.1 percent.
Following this increase, the retail trade sector confidence index reached 111.3.
Limited Decline in the Construction Sector
A partial contraction was observed in the construction sector confidence index in September compared to the previous month.
The seasonally adjusted confidence index in the construction sector experienced a decrease of 0.2 percent.
As a result of this decline, the construction sector confidence index fell to 83.0 in September.
