September Birth Assistance Payments Completed
The September payments for birth assistance, administered by the Ministry of Family and Social Services, have been completed and deposited into mothers' accounts.
Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş announced that the birth assistance payments for September have been completed. The updated support payments continue uninterrupted through Halkbank until the child turns 5 years old.
September Payments Completed
In a written statement regarding birth assistance, Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş announced that the payments for September have been completed as of today.
Distribution by Number of Children
It was announced that a total of 1,355,110 children have benefited from birth assistance to date. Regular monthly payments are made for 788,573 children who are the second, third, and subsequent children.
Current Support Amounts
As of January 1, 2025, a one-time payment of 5,000 TL is provided for the first child born, a monthly support of 1,500 TL for the second child, and a monthly support of 5,000 TL for the third and subsequent children.
Scope and Duration of Payments
It was stated that the amount transferred to the accounts of a total of 1,320,760 mothers has reached 27.6 billion liras. The payments are made through Halkbank and continue uninterrupted until the children complete the age of 5.
Application and Tracking Process
Birth assistance applications are accepted via the e-Government portal and the İlk Öğretmenim Ailem mobile application. Families whose applications are approved can track their payments through this application.
