Within the scope of an investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office for the crime of violating the Capital Markets Board regulations, simultaneous raids were carried out targeting seven designated suspects.

Scope of the Investigation

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office is conducting a comprehensive examination regarding suspicious transactions carried out in the capital markets.

Within the framework of this new investigation file, a total of twelve individuals trading in the Pusula Holding closed fund system were identified.

Suspect Identification and Operation

It was determined that judicial proceedings had been initiated against certain individuals in previous stages.

Accordingly, an operation decision was made targeting seven suspects who have accounts in the closed fund and against whom no judicial proceedings had been taken until today.

Simultaneous Raids in Istanbul

Simultaneous operations were carried out across Istanbul by security forces.

As a result of these operations, six of the seven suspects on the list were captured and detained.

Detained Individuals

Among the suspects detained in the operation are managers and employees working in various companies.

Fatmagül Lafçı, Necmettin Enes Töbü, Engin Geylan, Niyazi Derindağ, Hacı Bayram Adıyaman, and Yunus Caf were taken to the police station.

Fugitive Suspect Sought

The fugitive suspect, who has an arrest warrant issued against them, could not be reached.

Security forces are meticulously continuing their efforts to capture Selay Turhan İnce.

Arrest Balance Sheet

An important legal milestone has been reached in the fund investigation continuing under the coordination of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

Throughout the investigation process, a total of forty-five suspects have been arrested by the courts so far.
