Time Savings and User Count
Within the scope of the project, the user count reached approximately 65,000 employees out of nearly 80,000, and the tool saves approximately 2 million hours annually by reducing repetitive tasks.

The team emphasized the importance of establishing continuous feedback channels to drive customer success and improve the tool with iterative releases.
