Successful Test Firing of Bayraktar AKINCI UCAV with UAV-300 Missile
The Baykar-produced AKINCI UCAV hit a long-range target with pinpoint accuracy in a firing test conducted with the Roketsan-made UAV-300 supersonic ballistic missile.
Developed nationally and originally by Baykar, the AKINCI UCAV successfully completed a new ammunition integration test. In the firing test, AKINCI hit a target at a distance exceeding 250 kilometers with pinpoint accuracy using the UAV-300 supersonic ballistic missile developed by Roketsan.
Takeoff from Çorlu and Black Sea Route
As part of the test activity, AKINCI took off from the Çorlu Flight Training and Test Center in Tekirdağ and successfully transferred to the test range over the Black Sea.
Pinpoint Accuracy off the Coast of Sinop
During the test activity carried out off the coast of Sinop, the target over the sea was hit with pinpoint accuracy by the UAV-300 ammunition fired from AKINCI, and the mission was successfully completed.
Long-Range Attack Capability
Previously, the integration of UAV-122 and UAV-230 missiles had been completed. With the successful integration of the UAV-300 missile, AKINCI's long-range and high-impact attack capability reached a new level.
