Scope of the acquisition process
The negotiations cover the shares of Pusula Finans Holding A.Ş. as well as its subsidiaries, Pusula Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. and Pusula Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş.
Official approval and authorization processes
To complete the transaction, the company aims to obtain the necessary permits from relevant official authorities, primarily the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK).
Contract status and future plans
In the statement made by the company, it was noted that no binding contract has been signed between the parties at the current stage and that the process will be conducted within the framework of the legislation.
