Tera Portfoy Announces Default in Two Funds

Tera Portfoy announced that a default occurred in two of its investment funds, while also stating that investor requests for six of its funds will be paid on the tenth business day.

Following developments in Borsa Istanbul, Tera Portfoy, experiencing liquidity constraints, announced that it has defaulted on two investment funds and that payments for six investment funds have been delayed to the tenth business day.

Default Situation in Two Funds

In an official statement made by Tera Portfoy to the Public Disclosure Platform, it was stated that a default situation has occurred in the participation share redemption payments of the Tera Portfoy Equity Fund and the Tera Portfoy Money Market Fund, of which the company is the founder.

It was stated that the reconciliation and liquidity management process with the intermediary institutions through which transactions are made in the relevant fund account is ongoing and developments will be shared with investors.

Funds with Changed Payment Periods

In accordance with the Capital Markets Board's guide on investment funds, it was announced that a new regulation has been implemented for six different hedge funds.

In this context, it was noted that the fund unit share value calculation and payment days have been changed for the TLY, TMV, TMM, DOH, T3B, and TRU funds.

New Application Principles

With the new regulation, the fund unit share value will be calculated once a month on the fifteenth day of the month, and participation share redemption prices will be paid on the tenth business day following the price calculation date.

It was announced that the new application will be valid for participation share redemption orders submitted starting from September 16, 2026, at 13:31.
