TOKİ 25 Percent Discount Campaign Begins for Those Who Pay Off Their Debts in Advance

Speaking at a lot-drawing ceremony held in Istanbul, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced that the debt-closing discount campaign for housing and workplace owners by TOKİ will be held between September 22 and October 19, 2026.

Campaign Dates and Scope

Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum shared the details of the TOKİ debt-closing discount during a lot-drawing ceremony in Zeytinburnu. Accordingly, the campaign will take place between September 22 and October 19, 2026, and will cover 228,000 housing and workplace owners who continue their payments.

Discount Rates and Payment Conditions

Within the scope of the campaign, a 25 percent discount will be provided to citizens who pay off their entire debt in advance. Those who cannot pay off the entire debt will be able to benefit from a 25 percent discount on this amount, provided that they pay at least 25 percent of the balance.

Who Can Benefit and Applications

Beneficiaries whose sales were completed by the end of June 2025 and whose repayment installments started by the end of June 2025 will be able to benefit from the campaign. Those with 12 or fewer remaining installments will not be able to benefit from this practice, and applications will be made through the relevant banks.
