TOKİ Announces 25 Percent Discount Campaign for Those Settling Their Debts
Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced the dates for the new campaign that will apply a 25 percent discount on early debt settlements for TOKİ properties.
Speaking at a draw ceremony in Zeytinburnu, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced that the early debt settlement discount campaign for beneficiaries owning homes and workplaces through TOKİ projects will take place between September 22 and October 19, 2026.

Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced that the discount campaign traditionally organized every year by the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) will be held this year between September 22 and October 19, 2026. The campaign aims to provide significant payment convenience to thousands of citizens continuing their payments.
Full or Partial Payment Conditions
Within the scope of the campaign, a 25 percent discount will be applied to beneficiaries who settle their entire debt in cash. Citizens who cannot manage to pay off their entire debt will still be able to benefit from the same discount rate on the amount they pay, provided they pay at least 25 percent of the remaining balance.
Which Residences and Workplaces Are Covered
According to the disclosed information, the new payment campaign covers the sale of 228,000 residences and workplaces with a total value of 340 billion liras. Specific criteria and dates will apply for beneficiaries wishing to benefit from this major project.
Who Will Be Eligible for the Campaign
Owners of residences and workplaces whose sales were completed by TOKİ until the end of June 2025 and whose repayment installments started as of the end of June 2025 will be able to benefit from this campaign. However, beneficiaries with 12 months or fewer remaining installments will not be included in the campaign.
Where and How Applications Will Be Made
Beneficiaries will be able to make their cash payments by applying to the relevant bank that handled the sales transactions. Buyers will be required to have first paid the installment for the current month as of the application date, and the discount rate will not apply to payments made outside of the specified dates.
