TOKİ Discount Campaign Launched for Those Paying Their Debts in Advance
Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced a discount campaign for citizens who purchased homes and workplaces from TOKİ and whose payments are ongoing.
Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced that a 25 percent discount campaign will be launched for 228,000 citizens who bought homes and workplaces from TOKİ and are still making payments.
Campaign Details and Date Range
According to the statement made by Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum, a total of 228,000 citizens who bought homes and workplaces from TOKİ and continue their payments will be able to benefit from the campaign scope. The campaign will be valid between September 22 and October 19.
Discount Rate and Payment Conditions
A 25 percent discount will be applied to citizens who pay off their entire debt in advance between the specified dates. Those who are not in a position to pay off their entire debt will be able to benefit from the 25 percent discount right over the amount they pay, provided that they pay at least 25 percent of the remaining debt balance.
Lottery Drawings in Istanbul
In his speech at the ceremony held in Zeytinburnu Merkezefendi, Minister Murat Kurum also provided information about projects in Istanbul and stated that a total of 1,642 residences were drawn in the lottery across three different projects in the city.
Housing Distribution by Projects
Within the scope of the lottery drawings held, beneficiaries were determined for 524 residences in Merkezefendi, 453 residences in the İETT Blocks in Maltepe Esenkent Neighborhood, and 665 residences in Gaziosmanpaşa Yıldıztabya 6B Region.
