In the statement made by the CMB, it was stated that the decision is valid for share buybacks to be carried out within the scope of the Principle Decision dated March 19, 2025.

It was stated that "It has been decided not to apply the upper limit regarding the total amount of bought-back shares determined in the third paragraph of Article 9 of the Communiqué on Bought-Back Shares."
