Inaccuracies in Health Records
It was revealed that examination records were created in family health units within the same time interval on behalf of patients undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit, and that this situation made the records unreflective of the truth.
Document and Process Deficiencies in City Hospitals
It was determined that in 17 city hospitals operated under the Public-Private Partnership Model, final completion processes were not carried out even though two years had passed since the actual completion documents.
Company Obligations and Investment Expenses
