Urgent expropriation to be carried out according to decisions published in the Official Gazette
While land consolidation works are being carried out in Burdur, urgent expropriation decisions have been taken for energy and infrastructure projects in various provinces.
Within the scope of various energy, infrastructure, and agricultural development projects to be implemented across Turkey, it was decided by Presidential decrees published in the Official Gazette to urgently expropriate certain real estate properties and carry out land consolidation.
Land Consolidation Works in Burdur
Within the scope of the works to be carried out across Burdur, on-farm development services will be implemented by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works. Land consolidation activities will be carried out in a total of twenty-four different designated regions.
These services will be implemented in eight locations in Ağlasun, four in Bucak, six in Çavdır, one in the Central district, and five in Yeşilova.
Infrastructure Project Expropriation in Batman
An urgent expropriation decision has been issued for twenty-six properties located in the village of Tilmis, attached to the central district of Batman province. In accordance with the decision taken, the procedures will be carried out by the Batman Special Provincial Administration.
The properties in question will be expropriated for the realization of the İluh Stream By-Pass Line and Çay Stream Relocation Line Project.
Expropriations for Energy Projects
Works will be initiated by the Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEİAŞ) General Directorate for the construction of energy transmission lines in various provinces. Within this scope, ownership and easement rights will be established for properties along the determined routes.
Electrical distribution facility sites and line safety zones in the provinces of Aksaray, Konya, Kocaeli, Nevşehir, Niğde, and Sakarya will be evaluated within this scope.
Energy Transmission Line Project in Van
Similar administrative steps have been taken within the scope of projects to be implemented in Van province. The official process has been initiated for the specified energy transmission line project.
Within the scope of the G24-Van SPP TM-Özalp TM Energy Transmission Line Project, procedures will be carried out for pole locations and conductor swing clearances on certain properties.
