The Ministry of Economy and Energy has initiated work on various headings in order to complete the accumulated issues within its area of responsibility. Pointing out that there are accumulated tasks that need to be done on many different issues affecting both daily life and the future, the ministry emphasized that there is no time to lose in this process.
Competition Board is Being Strengthened
Work was initiated last week to provide the Competition Board, which works effectively in ensuring, protecting, and developing competition in goods and services markets, with a much stronger structure.
Metrology and Standards Studies
Metrology studies were discussed at a meeting attended by European Union product health and safety experts and ministry experts. At the meeting held with the Chamber of Electrical Engineers, ensuring certain quality and safety standards throughout the country was addressed.
Harmonious Work and Vision Goal
Minister Hasan Taçoy noted that they aim to achieve positive results in a short time by developing a harmonious working order with the ministry and organizations organized in civil society. It was stated that work will continue uninterruptedly with available resources to overcome the workload caused by the cumbersomeness of the public sector.
