Continuation of Strategic Cooperation
This newly signed sales agreement serves as a continuation of the strategic memorandum of understanding implemented between the two organizations on August 26, 2025, which covers the joint production of autonomous vehicles with vertical takeoff and landing capabilities.
Technology and Production Partnership
The engineering expertise acquired by HAVELSAN from its UAV platforms oriented toward different mission concepts, such as BAHA, BOZBEY, POYRAZ, and BULUT, is combined with local production capabilities in Egypt within the framework of the HAMZA-1 program.
Transition to the Commercial Phase
The first developed HAMZA-1 system was introduced at EDEX 2025 in Cairo in December 2025, and with the latest contract signed at the airshow, joint production activities have officially moved into a commercial phase.
