Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) Numan Kurtulmuş made important statements in Kırşehir, where he traveled within the framework of the 39th Ahi Brotherhood Week celebrations. Stating that terrorism will completely be removed from Turkey's agenda, Kurtulmuş emphasized that the country has entered an irreversible peace process.

Kırşehir Visit and Ahi Museum Program

TBMM Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş paid a visit to Kırşehir on the occasion of the 39th Ahi Brotherhood Week celebrations. Following his visits to the Governor's Office and tradespeople, Kurtulmuş toured the Ahi Evran Complex and examined the Ahi Museum.

Cost of Counter-Terrorism and Past Balance Sheet

Emphasizing that terrorism is Turkey's biggest problem in his speech, Kurtulmuş reminded that approximately 50 of the last 100 years have been spent fighting terrorism. He conveyed that nearly 40 thousand people lost their lives during this process and at least 2.3 trillion dollars in economic loss was experienced.

Regional Developments and Imperialist Policies

Drawing attention to Israel's activities in the region and the Promised Land plans, Kurtulmuş expressed that imperialist powers use terrorist organizations as tools through proxy wars.

Terror-Free Turkey Project and Political Support

He stated that under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and with the support of political parties, notably MHP Leader Devlet Bahçeli, the Terror-Free Turkey issue has become a state project.

Emphasis on Peace, Brotherhood, and Internal Fortress

Stating that Turkey has entered an irreversible path of peace, brotherhood, and well-being, Kurtulmuş noted that the destinies of Turks and Kurds, Sunnis and Alevis are one, and that the process will be successfully completed by fortifying the internal fortress.
