Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin announced that he visited the Embassy in Tbilisi and met with Ambassador Mustafa Türker Arı and his colleagues. He thanked the staff who contribute to strengthening friendship and cooperation between Turkey and Georgia.
Parliamentary Meeting
Visiting the Parliament of Georgia as part of his contacts in Tbilisi, Minister Tekin met with Mariam Lashkhi, Chair of the Education, Science and Youth Affairs Committee. During the meeting, educational work and experiences in Turkey were conveyed.
Meeting with the Chief Mufti
Within the framework of his Tbilisi program, Minister Yusuf Tekin also met with the Chief Mufti of West Georgia, Adam Shantadze, and members of the Muslim community. The ties of friendship and brotherhood between the two countries were discussed during the gathering.
