Regarding the attack carried out against the Global Sumud Flotilla activists, prosecution is being conducted at the Istanbul 11th High Criminal Court against a total of 35 defendants, including Netanyahu and Moskovitch.

Benjamin Netanyahu and Afek Moskovitch, for whom arrest warrants have been issued, are being tried on eight separate charges, including genocide and crimes against humanity.

It was reported that the red notice request prepared by the Ministry of Justice was forwarded to the Ministry of Interior and, following the necessary paperwork, sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
