Candidates whose assignments have been planned are required to prepare their passports valid until at least November 20, 2027, photocopies of their diplomas, and Appendix-2 commitment letters.
It is required that the requested documents be submitted to the Provincial Mufti's Office Hajj and Umrah Bureaus in their respective places of duty by September 18, 2026.
