Pointing out that Ukraine has restructured its military health system in line with the experiences gained in the war, Bağcıoğlu noted that the country has renewed the management structure and intervention system of the Medical Forces Command.

Stating that Ukraine has reorganized its frontline casualty evacuation system according to the changing combat environment, Bağcıoğlu reported that unmanned ground vehicles have become widespread in casualty evacuation and the use of armored medical evacuation vehicles has been increased.
