The 2026 population-wide health screening and electronic health record creation program has been launched in Tan Long commune. Scheduled for completion by October 1, the process aims to check the health status of thousands of residents and enter their data into the system.

Health Screening and Objectives

A comprehensive program has been organized by the Steering Committee for the implementation of health checks and the creation of electronic health records for the residents of Tan Long commune.

During this process, which will last until October 1, a total of 3,805 residents are expected to undergo health checks and have the obtained information updated in electronic health records.

First Day and Village-Based Participation

On the first day of the program, residents of Tan Binh village visited the Nga Nam Regional General Hospital to have their blood pressure, weight, and height measured.

Citizens underwent general internal medicine examinations, received health consultations, and completed the necessary tests and paraclinical examination processes.

Ongoing Examination Schedule

On September 23, residents of Tan Trung and My Hiep villages continued their examinations at the Nga Nam Regional General Hospital.

Starting from September 24, schedules have been arranged at village health centers for those living in Long Thanh, Long Hoa, Long An, A2, 21, Tan Thang, B1, and Tan Phuoc villages.
