Comprehensive Quality Evaluations Completed at Health Facilities in Çorum
The quality, safety, and effectiveness of healthcare services provided at six health facilities across Çorum province were audited in detail.
Within the scope of the efforts carried out under the coordination of the Public Hospitals Services Presidency, comprehensive quality and on-site evaluations were implemented at six health facilities in Çorum.
Audited Health Facilities
As part of the studies, İskilip Atıf Hoca State Hospital, Bayat State Hospital, and the Chest Diseases Hospital were visited and on-site inspections were conducted.
Additionally, Şehit Ömer Emiroğlu Oral and Dental Health Hospital, Sungurlu State Hospital, and Boğazkale State Hospital were included in the evaluation process.
Inspected Service Areas
During the field evaluations, critical service units such as outpatient clinics, emergency services, intensive care units, and operating rooms were meticulously addressed.
Current practices in all areas where healthcare services are provided, primarily laboratory and imaging units, were examined in detail.
Goals and Future Planning
These ongoing efforts aim to use the current service capacity of health facilities more effectively and to ensure standardization in practices.
The Çorum Provincial Health Directorate announced that the third-period activities of 2026 will continue to cover all facilities throughout the province in accordance with the established schedule.
