Two-Axis Cooperation in the Health Sector
The Syrian Ministry of Health announced that the work at the forum in Beirut focused on two main axes of cooperation.
The first axis aims to strengthen direct coordination and remove obstacles.
Joint Projects and Investment Companies
Within the scope of the second axis, it is planned to implement joint projects and establish investment companies.
Minister of Health Musab Al-Ali stated that the sector holds significant opportunities in terms of modern hospitals and health tourism.
Expert Medical Staff and Potential
Minister Al-Ali emphasized that both countries possess expert medical staff who have gained significant professional experience over the years.
It was stated that these acquired talents create a great investment attraction in the health sector.
Economic Cooperation and Reconstruction
A delegation headed by Minister of Economy and Industry Nidal Al-Shaar is participating in the Lebanon-Syria Investment Forum, which started in Beirut.
Topics such as investment, reconstruction, development, transportation, and economic cooperation are being addressed in the forum sessions.
Broad Delegation Structure
The Syrian delegation includes the Ministers of Tourism, Health, Agriculture, and Transport, as well as heads of various institutions.
The delegation also includes energy representatives, civil aviation heads, and the head of the business council.
