Primary Care and Preventive Health
In the statement, it was specifically emphasized that primary care and preventive health services will be strengthened in line with the 2027-2029 Medium-Term Program.
Home Healthcare and University Hospitals
It was stated that home healthcare and palliative care services will be developed with an integrated structure, and university hospitals will be made more effective in education, research, and the delivery of healthcare services.
Domestic Production and Financial Sustainability
It was noted that domestic production capacity will be increased in vaccines, medicines, medical devices, and artificial intelligence technologies, and financial sustainability will be ensured through value-based reimbursement models.
Health Tourism and Ongoing Efforts
It was stated that service quality in health tourism and Turkey's international position will be advanced further, and efforts will continue based on citizens' access to the best healthcare services.
