A graduate of Boğaziçi University's Department of Business Administration, Fatma Öztürk Elibollar stepped into her professional career in 2007 within Pfizer.

Taking on increasing responsibilities during her 14 years at Pfizer, Elibollar most recently served as the Agile Team Commercial Director for Advanced Markets.
