New developments are taking place regarding the personnel recruitment planned to be carried out within the Ministry of Health in 2026 and the opening preparations of Trabzon City Hospital. Non-physician healthcare personnel recruitment is expected to be brought to the agenda following the September 2026 KPSS.
Ministry of Health Personnel Recruitment Schedule
Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu announced that new recruitments for non-physician healthcare personnel will be brought to the agenda after the KPSS to be held in September 2026.
The process is projected to be initiated towards the end of 2026, and employment planning within the ministry is being shaped according to this schedule.
Trabzon City Hospital Employment Plans
Trabzon Deputy Adil Karaismailoğlu made important statements within the scope of preparations for the commissioning of Trabzon City Hospital. It has been reported that it is planned to recruit over 1,500 personnel within the hospital via İŞKUR.
Total Employee Capacity and Details
It was stated that the figure of approximately 8,000 personnel mentioned in the statements refers to the total number of employees projected to work when the hospital becomes operational at full capacity.
It was emphasized that this total figure will include approximately 700 specialist doctors, but these stated numbers do not entirely mean direct new recruitment.
