Ministry of Health Reviews Fast Health Report Procedures in Private Clinics
Fast health report procedures in Can Tho and Dong Thap provinces are being investigated by local authorities following a directive from the Ministry of Health.
The Ministry of Health has instructed local health departments to verify allegations regarding private clinics issuing health reports for job applications in a very short time.
Ministry Request and Local Investigation
The Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management under the Ministry of Health requested the Health Departments of Can Tho City and Dong Thap Province to initiate an official investigation into the matter.
Following this request, local authorities were tasked with comprehensively reviewing and verifying the content of press reports and all related aspects of the incident.
Punishment of Violations and Reporting
Any irregularities and violations identified as a result of the inspections will be addressed in accordance with relevant legal provisions, and the results will be shared with the public.
The Health Departments of Can Tho and Dong Thap provinces are required to report the outcomes of the inspection and verification efforts to the Ministry of Health by September 18, 2026.
Call Center Obligation of Healthcare Facilities
In line with administrative decisions, relevant healthcare facilities are required to maintain an open call center providing uninterrupted service through their official websites.
