Resolving Bottlenecks in Digital Transformation
Acting upon limitations and delays noted in ministry reports, Health Minister Dao Hong Lan requested unit heads to strengthen their leadership roles and tighten administrative discipline.
The newly issued Directive No. 07/CT-BYT aims to completely eliminate obstacles to digital transformation in the healthcare sector.
Seven Key Tasks and a 100-Day Campaign
Under the directive, it was decided that overdue tasks must be resolved before November 30, 2026, and legal documents improved to simplify administrative procedures.
A special 100-day campaign is planned to establish electronic health records on VNeID and clean up 12 specialized health databases.
