PTT IHS Personnel's Demands for Rights Brought to Parliament's Agenda
Saadet Party Deputy Mesut Doğan brought the issues regarding the personal rights of IHS-status personnel within PTT A.Ş. to the Parliament.
Saadet Party Ankara Deputy Mesut Doğan brought the problems regarding the personal and institutional rights of approximately 10,500 personnel working under IHS status within PTT A.Ş. to the parliamentary agenda, submitting a parliamentary question to Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu.
Personal Rights and Equality Issue
It was stated that IHS personnel, who started their duties via KPSS, experience grievances in terms of personal and institutional rights despite performing services similar to other public employees.
Differences in Transfer and Assignment Rights
It was expressed that IHS-status personnel cannot benefit from the pool, inter-institutional transfer, and assignment rights utilized by personnel working under Statutory Decree No. 399.
Questions Addressed to the Ministry
Deputy Mesut Doğan posed various questions in the parliamentary question he submitted for Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu to answer.
In the motion, the total number of personnel working under IHS status within PTT A.Ş. was asked, and it was inquired whether there is any work being done for a transition to secure civil servant status.
