Quality Healthcare and Accreditation Meeting Held at AFSÜ Hospital
Accreditation processes and the quality of healthcare services were discussed at Afyonkarahisar Health Sciences University Hospital.
A high-level meeting was held at AFSÜ Hospital to provide higher quality healthcare services and to evaluate the ongoing accreditation processes.

The meeting was attended by AFSÜ Hospital Chief Physician Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aydın Balcı along with numerous hospital managers and administrative personnel.
Importance of the Accreditation Process
Deputy Chief Physician Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sinan Kazan stated that they aim to establish conditions for quality healthcare services for everyone, emphasizing the importance of accreditation in terms of institutional standards.
2026 Evaluations
Quality Management Director Assist. Prof. Dr. Nazmi Kanad shared the results of the three-stage evaluation process conducted at the hospital throughout 2026 with the participants.
Inspections and Trainings
Following the building tours and self-assessments in June and July, the training phase was completed in September with the participation of TÜSKA educators.
