An Giang eyaletindeki ikinci sağlık istasyonu artık elektronik tıbbi kayıt sistemini kullanmaya başladı.

The My Thoi Ward Health Center in An Giang province has officially launched an electronic medical record system to optimize medical examination and treatment processes for the public.

Purpose and Benefits of the System

The implementation of the electronic medical record system significantly helps reduce the burden of manual record-keeping for medical staff.

Medical examination information, medical history, results, and treatment processes are updated and synchronized to support the monitoring of patient health.

Digital Workflow Process

The administrative process involving paper records and documents has been replaced by a digital workflow based on the GEMR Electronic Medical Record Management System.

The new workflow consists of automated reception at the kiosk, direct direction to the examination room, and automated electronic medical record packaging.

Implementation Steps

From the moment citizens scan their identification cards at the kiosk, the information is directly transmitted to the relevant clinic.

Doctors perform examination, diagnosis, and prescription procedures, ensuring all data is connected within the same workflow.

Previous Developments

This model aims for the principle of one patient, one record, and one seamless data flow, thereby increasing efficiency in healthcare services.

Previously, it was announced that the electronic health records had begun implementation at the Chau Phu commune health station on August 14.
