Strong Public Communication and Crisis Management Training Held in Çanakkale
At the training program held in Çanakkale under the coordination of the Presidency's Directorate of Communications, institutional reputation in public institutions, crisis management, and the fight against disinformation were discussed.
The training program titled 'Century of Communication, Strong Communication, Effective Public', organized by the Presidency's Directorate of Communications in Çanakkale, thoroughly addressed topics such as institutional reputation, crisis management, and the fight against disinformation in the public sector, with the participation of various protocol members and public employees.
Details of the Training Program
Quality of service in the public sector was discussed at the Regional Directorate Trainings program prepared under the coordination of the Presidency's Directorate of Communications and held in Çanakkale.
Within the scope of the program, the importance of transparency and speed in conveying public services to citizens was emphasized, and corporate reputation management was detailed.
Participants and Protocol
Provincial Health Director Dr. Hakan Görgülü, Directorate of Communications Çanakkale Regional Manager Mustafa Tolga Karaoğlu, and Head of Health Services Specialist Dr. Huriye Ünal attended the training held in Çanakkale.
The provincial protocol and numerous public employees were also present at the event and were informed about communication strategies.
Crisis Management and Disinformation
The training detailed strategies to be followed in times of crisis and measures to be taken against disinformation activities aimed at misleading the public.

In its post-program evaluation, the Çanakkale Provincial Health Directorate pointed out that establishing an open and empathetic dialogue with citizens increases the quality of health services.
It was specifically noted that correct communication plays a critical role in patients' rapid access to health services.

It was reminded that all health institutions throughout the province continue to serve public health around the clock without observing working hours.
It was recorded that MHRS, SABİM, CİMER, and Patient Rights units are active for citizens' applications.
