Communal Democracy Party General Secretary Redif Ekinci stated that one of his party's most concrete goals after the December 6 elections is to implement general health insurance.
Emphasizing that quality healthcare should not depend on economic power, Ekinci stated that changing the system does not require many years, but merely political will.
Domestic Violence and Legal Regulations
Stating that combating violence against women cannot be limited to reacting only after events occur, Ekinci said the legal framework must be reconsidered.
In this context, Ekinci noted that they will organize a working meeting with the participation of expert names and work until they achieve concrete gains that will protect women's right to life.
Youth Emigration Issue and Struggle
Touching upon the issue of youth being forced to emigrate from the country, Ekinci emphasized that while he also had the opportunity to work abroad, he will fight to change the country rather than leave it.
Ekinci stated that he will continue to fight resolutely for the youth until the system is changed.
Understanding of Trust and Accountability
Expressing that society's trust in public administration and the political institution has significantly decreased, Ekinci stated that transparency and accountability will be essential in the new period.
Ekinci underlined that the TDP administration aims to re-establish a solid relationship of trust with society.
Government Promises and Realization Rate
Stating that they examined the promises made by the government over the past seven years, Ekinci announced that out of a total of 103 promises evaluated, the realization rate was approximately 20 percent.
Ekinci expressed that voters should clearly see the difference between the promises made and the actions taken.
