Within the scope of the 2026 third evaluation process conducted by the Nevşehir Provincial Directorate of Health, public health facilities in the city were inspected on-site and the data obtained were forwarded to the Ministry of Health.

Scope of the Evaluation Process

The 2026 third evaluation process, conducted by the Public Hospitals Services Department of the Nevşehir Provincial Directorate of Health to support quality and continuous development in health services, has been completed. On-site inspections were carried out in public hospitals across the city during this period covering the months of May, June, July, and August.

Inspections Conducted by the Commission

Comprehensive evaluations were carried out in hospitals by Nevşehir Provincial Evaluation Officer Specialist Recep Başgelen and Provincial Evaluation Commission members Pharmacist Fatih Fazıloğlu, Engineer Seda Ekmekçi, and Burçin Durmuş. Through these efforts, the current conditions of the health facilities were addressed in detail.

Objectives for Improving Service Quality

The evaluations aimed to develop priority areas in the delivery of health services and to improve current operations and processes. In addition, the goal was to support the functional development of health facilities and effectively manage data regarding service delivery.

Identification of Strengths and Deficiencies

Within the scope of the evaluations, the strengths of the health facilities as well as areas open to improvement were meticulously examined. Deficiencies identified in the field were also detailed and recorded by the commission in a report.

Transmission of Data to the Ministry

All data obtained at the end of the process were forwarded to the Ministry of Health via the SDS system, directly contributing to the scoring processes. Necessary reports indicating the status of the health facilities were also submitted to the ministry.

Future Period Works

The Nevşehir Provincial Directorate of Health stated that efforts to develop health services in the city in line with quality, effectiveness, and continuous improvement principles will continue with determination moving forward.
